Julianna Margulies / DMX
February 12, 2000

(OPENING)

I loved this! When Bill Clinton kept appearing in
the background drinking Mounatain Dew, eating chips,
mocking Hillary, etc. It was too funny.

Grade: B+

(MONOLOGUE) Julianna Margulies

It wasn't the best monologue of the season, but I
did like what the "audience member" said. It was okay.

Grade: C

(SKETCH) Regurgitating Family

This was disgusting, but funny. I always love it
when Kattan acts like a little kid, and when he asked
Julianna to chew his pie for him, I just started
cracking up! Kattan looked like he was about to throw
up though. This sketch took alot of guts to do, so I
applaud the cast for being so brave, and doing such a
great job.

Grade: A

(SKETCH) E! News Daily

Pretty good sketch, not something that will stick
with me like the regurgitating family, but it was
still funny. Julianna Margulies as Elizabeth Hurley
was funny; I liked it when she said "Is that my rack
ringing?" Haratio as Elton John was mildly amusing.
Cheri and Will did a good job too. I liked the ending
where Will said "Intro it, Intro it!"

Grade: B

(SKETCH) Simma Down Na

This was alot better than the first time. Cheri can
be annoying, but this character had me laughing so
hard! Tracy with his hand in a little ziploc baggy was
probably the best part of this whole sketch. "Sir, I
suggest you take this War and Peace." I loved it!

Grade: B+

(SKETCH) Crocidile Hunter

I have to give Chris credit for trying, but it just
wasn't as good as it could've been.

Grade: C

(WEEKEND UPDATE) with Colin Quinn

Colin did a good job this week. I liked the joke
about the small bomb being an "initial public
offering." Cheri's segment with all those sex toys was
hilarious, especially the "love sub." Best update I've
seen in awhile, keep up the good work Colin.

Grade: A

(MUSICAL GUEST) DMX

Uhh...I don't like DMX. Rap just isn't my kind of
music.

Grade: F

(SKETCH) Erectile Disfunction/Tootsie Roll Ad

Before the sketch aired I heard the announcer lady
say "Erectile Disfunction, Will Ferell this means
you." I laughed more at that than the skecth. The fact
that it was a tootsie roll ad got a laugh out of me.

Grade: C+

(SKETCH) Savin' It with Jessica Simpson

Bad impression, good sketch. I liked Rachel's
character, and when Will broke all those glasses. The
was good when Cheri said "Hey guys, what's that like?"
And when Jimmy, Will, and Rachel....you know.

Grade: B+

(MUSICAL GUEST) DMX

Lets see, someone that says his name continuously
with a drum and a guitar is music? I don't think so.

Grade: F

(SKECTH) The Bloater Brothers

The curse of the last sketch has ended! Jimmy and
Chris did a great job!

Grade: A

OVERALL: Great show! Julianna did a great job, I
thought she was gonna bomb! The performers of the
night were Cheri Oteri, Will Ferrell, and Chris
Parnell. The sketches of the night were regurgitating
family, simma down na, and weekend update. I can't see
what they have in store for next week. Well, until
then...

Grade: B+
