Jennifer Aniston / Sting
November 20, 1999

[OPENING SKETCH]
There is no one Darrel Hammond cannot do. This Donald Trump impression is great and I love the cameo by the millionaire guy. He will be all over TV for at least the next week.
grade: A

[MONOLOGUE]
This started out weak, but the Fight Club idea was awesome! How cool was it to see all the women of SNL onstage at once. Rachel Dratch's part in it was so funny, although most of her work so far has sort of frightened me. And it was a great way to get over my disappointment when Jennifer assured the audience that Brad Pitt was not there.:P
grade: A+

[SKETCH]
Pretty Living, another installment to the Helen Madden sketches. It is funny, but is usually just the same routine every time. She needs a new environment. The refreshing part of this one is Sting's appearance and when Jennifer Anniston says he speaks with a fake accent. Not a bad sketch.
grade: B

[SKETCH]
Nick Burns, the computer guy. Nice to see Jimmy Fallon have a real character, and one that is so "out of character" for him. He is one of my favorite cast members and I love his attitude here, like when he says, "oh, the program is stupid, and not you, right?" Awesome.
grade: A

[COMMERCIAL]
Chris Parnell, campaign ad. This desert island election idea is odd, but Chris is so funny. Still, I'm not sure what to think. Hmm....
grade: B

[COMMERCIAL]
Genital Herpes ad. This is hilarious. It is so true, those ads are always like that! And I'm very impressed so far with Jennifer's sketch comedy acting.
grade:A

[SKECTH]
Sex in the City is one of my favorite shows, so I was so happy to see this sketch. They all did a great job portraying the characters. Unfortunately I think they're milking the Mr. Peepers thing a little too hard. Yes it is funny, but it never changes. I think I'm over it. I wish they could've come up with something else to do with this sketch.
grade: C

[Weekend Update]
Good one. Colin does a great job just about every week. The part with Will Ferrel as George W Bush was both hilarious and frightening. I loved it! I mean come on, how funny was it when Will took off his shirt?? The Tracy Morgan part was a little weaker but funny. Overall, pretty good.
grade: B+

[MUSICAL GUEST]
Sting. What can I say?

[SKETCH]
The 19th century street urchins. Hmm, this was a little strange. The idea was good at first, but then it kind of fizzled. This is one of those frightening Rachel Dratch performances I was talking about. You wish she had a dimmer switch.
grade: C

[COMMERCIAL]
Will Ferrel's island campaign ad. This one is way funnier than Chris Parnell's. I love the slogan "He's gonna eat you."
grade: A

[SKETCH]
Pokemon. AAAAHHHH. This sketch embodies the insanity. Great concept. And I like when Darrel Hammond plays a regular guy.
grade: B+

[MUSICAL GUEST]
Yep. Still Sting.

[SKECTH]
This Thanksgiving sketch is so funny. Cheri is probably the funniest woman on the show. The exchanges between her and Jennifer in this scene are incredibly funny. I can't say how funny this was... and the cats' names! LOL
grade:A

Overall: A- I think this was one of the strongest shows so far this season. I was getting kind of worried, because in past shows the sketches kind of lagged, and they were inconsistent. This show gave me hope! And I can't wait for Christina Ricci!
