[OPENING] Clinton meets Flynt

This was alright.... "What are you doing here with that whoremonger?" "Are you talking to him or me?" was good.... and the ending was funny, but let me say it again, that Flynt impression sucks.... 4 out of 10

[MONOLOGUE] James Van Der Beek

"But me and Jamesy are going to Venice!!" hehehehe... good, better than most of them this year. 7 out of 10

[COMMERCIAL] Teeny Weenies

Yeah, I liked this. It had some good bits, especially "Abortion is for nerds!" 6 out of 10

[SKETCH] National Spelling Bee Finals

Eh. It didn't really make me laugh... And why did they have to dress Van Der Beek so HELPLESSLY nerdy.. it just seemed like too much. 4 out of 10

[COMMERCIAL] 'Cats' on home video

"I play Skimbleshanks, the railroad cat. Yep, grown man, thats my job." This was a good one, too. "Oh, yeah, we've only done this eleven THOUSAND times, something might go wrong!" 8 out of 10

[SKETCH] Teen Pulse: 7 Degrees Celsius

hehehehe... AHAHAHAHAHAH!! YES! Tear those boytoy bands DOOOOOOOWN! (takes a few deep breaths) I'm ok... this was a very good idea, especially the legions of screaming 15 year olds. 9 out of 10

[SKETCH] Dog Show

rap tap, tap tap tap, rap tap tap tap, DOG SHOW! This is FANTASTIC! The only sketch tonight that had me laughing hard out loud. I love that little poodle ("Mr Rocky Baaaal-boa!") and Captain Gingersnaps and Lady Jane Marie.... And Mr. Bojangle's ghost story, that had me laughing so hard I nearly choked on my blueberry bagel. 11 out of 10!!

[WEEKEND UPDATE] with Colin Quinn

Whenever I watch this I keep thinking about how uncomfortable Colin looks in that suit... The only really good part was "Hey, I know you from the club!!" "NO!" 4 out of 10

[MUSICAL GUEST] Everlast

Ok, what the.... Everclear? Everlong? Who ARE these people?? All I can say is someone needs to offer that lead singer a throat lozenge. 1 out of 10

[SKETCH] Harry Connick Jr. teased with laser pen

.....Weird. 4 out of 10

[SKETCH] History Channel's The War Abroad and at Home

Oh, this was fine, nothing to write home about, but we didn't exactly SUFFER through it. 5 out of 10

[SKETCH] NBC exec creates Frankenteen

Ehhhh.... this had a funny idea, but it didn't do much for me. 4 out of 10

[SKETCH] Maria works her magic on Anthony

I didn't like this. Don't ask me why, I just didn't. 2 out of 10

OVERVIEW: Dog Show and the 7 Degrees Celsius helped out a lot, but I don't think it was thanks to Van Der Beek.
