January 16, 1999

[OPENING] Clinton meets Flynt:

This was Great! Horatio's Impression of Larry Flynt is great. I liked the line " I do have sexual relations with the women" . It's kinda cool to see featured players open the show lately too.

[MONOLOGUE] James Van Der Beek:

This wasn't that bad. Darrell doesn't sound too much like Pardo though. " Wont you let an Old man take care of you?"

[COMMERCIAL] Teeny Weenies:

This was awful.

[SKETCH] National Spelling Bee Finals:

This was pretty good. Reminded me of the "Wake Up and Smile" sketch from the 95-96 season, when the Cue Card Machine broke.. except this wasn't as insane.

[COMMERCIAL] 'Cats' on home video:

This was great! Pre-taped Sketchs that arn't Short Parodys usally are better. Darrell did a pretty good Andrew Lloyd Webber impression. Chris Parnell was good too." You know my Parents think I'm gay, Thanks Cats. "

[SKETCH] Teen Pulse: 7 Degrees Celsius:

What was the joke? The 2 Songs wern't even funny.. The only Semi-funny Character was Will Ferrell's.

[SKETCH] Dog Show:

Why is the Bad Sketches always get shown over and over again. Not Funny then, not Funny now.

[WEEKEND UPDATE] with Colin Quinn:

Funny .. The one week I think Colin was funny everyone else seems to think it wasn't one of his good weeks. The Brian Fellow guy was funny too. Male Version of Star Jones ; )

[MUSICAL GUEST] Everlast:

So Thats what happen to the House of Pain..

[SKETCH] Harry Connick Jr. teased with laser pen:

This reminds me of when I go to the Movie Theater and there are always a group of idiots in the back row with about 4-5 laser pens. I have to say the nipples idea was pretty clever. I liked the Cindy Crawford reference. It should have showed alittle footage of the 2 wiseguys at the Nicole Kidman play.

[SKETCH] History Channel's The War Abroad and at Home:

My question is, why would the History Channel play this ?

[SKETCH] NBC exec creates Frankenteen:

Where's Tim been the rest of the show... I only give this one points for Tim Meadows' sarcastic character.

[SKETCH] Maria works her magic on Anthony:

I was never really a fan of this character, but the Back-Cracking was alittle funny, Sorta creepy though.

That's All Folks!
