Bill Paxton / Beck

[OPENING] Gingrich & Livingston at Mac's Bar

A very funny opener. That's about all. "What the hell happened!"

Grade: A-

[MONOLOGUE] Bill Paxton

Finally a new idea for a monologue. But I do wish SNL would have hosts actually DO a monologue. You know when hosts used to talk about funny stuff. Oh well! But this was pretty short and sweet.

Grade: A

[SKETCH] The View

I loved this one. To see Debbie Matenopolous do a self parody was just too much. She was perfect. No flubbed lines! She's pretty hot as well! Tracy Morgan is the best part of The View everytime they do it. "Yes, I am a lawyer!"

Grade: A+

[SKETCH] The Kulps at an airport

I love the Kulps, but they should cut back a little on them before they get too stale. But this had to be one of their best one's.

Grade: B+

[SKETCH] 'Titanic' Lost Ending

It was hilarious to see everyone beat up an old lady (like the real James Cameron said at the end). It was funny to see Cameron light a cigar with a $100 bill on fire. Funny stuff!

Grade: B

[SKETCH] VH1 Behind the Music: Fat Albert

This has too be my favorite one of the night. Tracy Morgan made me bust up laughing just looking at him. I don't how he could keep a straight face while doing that sketch. Tim Meadow's was funny too while on a drug trip.

Grade: A+

[WEEKEND UPDATE] with Colin Quinn

Colin was pretty funny again. That's about all.

Grade: B+

A great performance of "Nobody's Fault But My Own". Beck rules!

Grade: A+

[SKETCH] Newsforce

I loved this one too. My favorite lines were by Meadows: "Now let's look at a picture of the Terminator robot. Cool." and Paxton: "Now here's some more stuff to look at." I wish I had MSNBC so I could see the real Newsforce to see what it looks like.

Grade: A+

Still unfunny the second or third time around.

Grade: D-

[SKETCH] Favorite mail (male) service

A fairly funny one. That's about it.

Grade: C

[SKETCH] Fantastic Voyage

I liked this one a lot as well. I was rollin' in fact. Funny, funny stuff!

Grade: A

Another great performance by Beck.

Grade: A+

[SKETCH] Extreme Hunting

A so-so sketch, but Paxton did a great Ted Nugent.

Grade: B-

Overall Grade: A-

Overall Review:

This one ranks up there with the David Spade episode as one of the best of the season. I wish Bill Paxton was in a few more sketches, but oh well. I absolutely cannot wait to see Bill Murray host. He's my idol and my all-time favorite cast memeber. Long live SNL!!!
