Cameron Diaz / Smashing Pumpkins
September 26, 1998
Opening: Oprah 2002.
Nice touch. It was funny how no one was mad at each other.
Monologue: Diaz acts tough.
To me, this was just plain stupid. That fan was funnier than her.
Commercial: Mastercard on Clinton scandal
LOL! I liked it in every way! That shoulda been a real commercial
The View: Dare Debbie
Diaz did a funny Debbie. "Roger Maris wouldn't even show up! WHO would be THAT bitter???" lol! I also liked the racoon part.
Commercial: Oops! I Crapped My Pants!
Pretty funny, but the part at the end where they walk away with the bulgy diapers was kinda sick.
The Ladies Man: Reenacting the Starr Report.
Why couldn't they show Diaz in a thong??? I mean, the FULL rump? Oh well.....i liked the title for each segment.
Commercial: The Best Of The First 20 Minutes Of SNL
Who would blow 20 bucks on that? Eh, average commercial
Hollywood Squares: The Set collapses!
Jimmy Fallon did a good impression of Gilbert Gottfried. "My intestines are sticking out and that's not good!" As well as Oteri's Fran Drescher: "My rib pierced my lung!"
Cartoon: Fun With Real Audio,Presidential Address Outtakes
I have nothing to say about this except....oh, dear lord.
Funny until Lou came along. Colin had the audience eating out of his hand.
Smashing Pumpkins perform "Perfect"
Decent song, I like the Pumpkins.
Roxbury Guys: The Festrunks Get the Girl!
It kicked ass seeing Yortuk (Dan) and Jorge (Steve) get Diaz. The Butabi's musta been pissed....great sketch!
The Witches Elixir Smell Like...
All 3 Gap Commericals (Counting as One)
Pretty good....Starr shops at the gap? Gimme a break!
The Jingleheimer Junction
THE SKETCH OF THE YEAR!!!!!!!!! If you disagree, you are one uckfed up person!
The Spice Girls about pregnancy
Eh.....it was alright
Maakies: The Crow blows his brains out.
Just no point
OVERALL: 7 Commercials, 2 Cartoons, Returning Festrunks, Cameron Diaz, Smashing Pumpkins, and a really uckfing hysterical Jingleheimer Junction. Not bad for a season opener
OVERALL GRADE: B
