[OPENING] Spartan Cheerleader wanna-bees Craig & Arianna

Funny. It's getting old, but the performances are so good, it doesn't really matter. The cheers are a bit lame though.

[MONOLOGUE] Matthew Perry

Funny. Matthew Perry was at his best here. I laughed.

Grade: B+

[COMMERCIAL] Cookie Dough Sport Drink

Not bad. I like the idea. The cast put on some good performances.

Grade: B+

[SKETCH] Celebrity Jeopardy

This had to be the funniest sketch. I loved it when they went "Asia!" Norm MacDonald was great. Matthew Perry was pretty good considering he didn't say much. Will Ferrell is always great. I laughed a lot here.

Grade: A+

[SKETCH] Sarcasm 101

Pretty good. The cast did a good job, but the flow wasn't very smooth. It was a bit slow at points. Norm MacDonald was funny in that weird way that he always is.

Grade: B

[SKETCH] The Ladies' Man

Booooooring ... stopped paying attention after a minute or so.

Grade: D

[SKETCH] Space the Infinite Frontier with Harry Caray

Not as good as the last one, but still good. Will Ferrell, as I said before, is great. Matthew Perry was a bit boring. He's better off on "Friends."

Grade: B-

[WEEKEND UPDATE] with Norm MacDonald

It was okay. I never really get this part of the show though.

[MUSICAL GUEST] Oasis

I love Oasis. This is a good song, but it's better live. Liam's voice was a bit scratchy, but it didn't really make a difference.

[SKETCH] MTV News: Goat Boy press conference

Not great, but Goat Boy does make me laugh. Didn't really get it though.

[SKETCH] "Friends"

Slow. At least you could see that they were trying. The "foppish" Chandler impression could've been funny. The David Schwimmer impression was dead on. Cheri Oteri tried. I liked the way she tossed her hair. But she can be funnier. Wasn't very well written.

[COMMERCIAL] The Kevin Franklin Show promo

Tim Meadows was ridiculous here in an amusing way. Shows that all late-night talk shows, no matter what they claim, as basically the same.

Grade: B-

[MISCELLANEOUS] The Go Lords

Really cheesy. I didn't laugh.

Grade: D-

[MUSICAL GUEST] Oasis

Better than the first one. I love this song and they did an great job of it.

Grade: A+

[SKETCH] Good Morning with Liza

Not funny really. Matthew Perry, again, flopped. Molly Shannon was all right, but I like her better as Mary Katharine Gallagher.

[COMMERCIAL] The Kevin Franklin Show promo 2

Funny. Same as the first. I like the "Discovering Faith" bit.

[CLOSING] Matthew Perry / Oasis

I don't know why, but I loved this part, even though nothing really happened. Maybe it was Liam mouthing the words "we love you" to the camera. *shock* Maybe he's not such a bad guy after all. Kinda cute. But I've always known that Oasis appreciate their fans.

Rated: A+++

OVERALL

Better than the season premiere.
