[OPENING] Janet Reno's Clinton Fantasy

This was OK. It wasn't the best skit, but since I love Janet Reno, I thought this was pretty funny. Especially when Janet was talking on the phone ... "So, what are you wearing to Congress tomorrow?" "I'm wearing my one blue dress."

Rating: 7 out of 10

[MONOLOGUE] Brendan Fraser

Funny. Most of the likes were amusing, like the one about the Internet name and pretending blueberry Kool-Aid is Windex.

[COMMERCIAL] Lemon Glow Floor Cleaner

At first I didn't quite get this, but then I did. It wasn't as funny as some of the commercials, but definitely better than Assjet. The tattoo was a nice touch.

[SKETCH] Xena: Warrior Princess

I was rolling on the ground laughing!!!! This was a perfect parody of the show. Xena starts beating on all the guys for no reason at all. At the end, when Brendan's wig fell off, I nearly wet my pants. Molly and Brendan were both cracking up, which added to how funny it was. The best skit of the night!!

Rating: 10 out of 10

[SKETCH] Issues

This was so funny! These guys were hilarious!! "I hope I don't miss the bake sale!!" They acted EXACTLY like people high on pot. I wonder what they were doing pre-skit

Rating: 9 out of 10

[SKETCH] Delicious Dish

Can we say "getting old"? This skit was actually better, though. Margaret Jo and Terri looking at the pics, the book of squash-inspired haikus, and the one-question squash quiz.

Rating: 8 out of 10

[MISCELLANEOUS] Go Lords

What the heck was this? At first I thought this skit was a TV Funhouse. The Bill Gates thing was hilarious! So was the robots not being able to handle nudity!! I liked this doll animation idea.

Rating: 7 out of 10

[SKETCH] Monday Night Football

Frank Gifford really does interrupt like this!! The way he rambled on got a little annoying, but I loved the look on Norm's face when he was being cut off when he was trying to talk. Still, not that funny.

Rating: 5 out of 10

[SKETCH] Crazy Lady gets Prescriptions Filled

Not as funny as the first one. The way this character talks annoys me. The only funny part was when Colette tried to hit on Cal.

Rating: 3 out of 10

[WEEKEND UPDATE] with Norm MacDonald

Norm's usual hesitation was gone tonight, which was good. The jokes started off a little slowly, but got better. I loved "Kate Moss is so excited, she hasn't eaten a thing in 23 years!" And Harry Caray is the coolest, so I was glad to see him. Is it just me, or did "Update" seem shorter?

Rating: 8 out of 10

[MUSICAL GUEST] Bjork

Remember when they parodied her on "Talking with Suel"? Well, I hate the way she sings and this song sucked.

Rating: 0 out of 10

[SKETCH] A&E Biography: Courtney Love

"I'm fast approaching what you call a drunken stupor!" That line was so funny. I loved the pics of Courtney as a Girl Scout. The part about Courtney being stripping-crazy was really amusing, as was the footage of Courtney at the MTV awards. I thought this skit moved a little slowly, though.

Rating: 6 out of 10

[SKETCH] Man at Male Strip Club Meets Mango

Chris Kattan was absolutely hilarious in this!! Brendan Fraser was also great as the obsessed Mango fan. However, the ending was a little too abrupt.

Rating: 5 out of 10

[COMMERCIAL] Shark Channel

"Cooking with Ramona"? Shark Teen Pregnancy? This was way confusing, but the shark programming was mildly amusing.

Rating: 4 out of 10

[MISCELLANEOUS] Brendan Fraser sings Buddy Songs

Huh?!?

Rating: 1 out of 10

OVERALL

The show started off GREAT. But then, something happened, because I got really confused. What happened to TV Funhouse? And where was Tracy Morgan during this show? I really didn't like the musical guest they chose, either. Still, most of the skits were OK. Another good thing was that there seemed to be fewer commercials-remember a couple years ago when there was like 10 commercials for every skit?
