Murphy / Nelly
November 16, 2002
Hey everyone. Maybe some person
read my review from last week and wants to read this again, for
some, strange reason. Any who, I'm reviewing and there's nothing
you can do about it. MUAHH HAHAHAHAHAHA **evil laugh** Uh, OK!
Let's get to the review.
Rating System: 0 the lowest;
10 the highest
Pre-show thoughts: Hahaha, SNL!
I'm so excited. IT'S GOOD AGAIN! Last week Nia was so great,
it's gonna be even BETTER this time! HAHAHAHA!
**sigh** if only I knew how wrong
1. Cold Opening: Adam Sandler's
Hanukah thing, I was pretending this was entertaining me, but
of course, t'was not, very disappointed and not much hope for
the rest of the episode, 2/10
2. Brittany Murphy's Monologue:
That rap thing, ugh. And oh yeah, SNL! DO YOU KNOW THE DEFINITION
OF THE WORD MON-O-LOGUE??? Well, MONO is the root meaning ONE!
MONO! MONO MEANING ONE! So every week, why must you INSIST on
bringing the whole cast out??? UGH! 1/10
3. Welcome Back Potter: This
amused me. I just saw the movie yesterday, btw. T'was good, although
I liked the first one better. Any who, back to the review. Yeah,
I laughed. I give it a 4/10
4. The Leather Man: This was
so much better the first time in the Brittany Spears episode.
Oh my Lord. It was NOT funny. But because of Jimmy laughing in
there and that being funny, and because of that totally wrong
thing with Horatio and the snake I give it a 2/10
5. Donahue: It was okay, but
AGAIN I did not laugh, really disappointing, 2/10
6. Jarret's Room: Even though
this is getting kind of old, I was liking it until Brittany Murphy
came out. She's really annoying. I think it's time to retire
this sketch though. It's one of those sketches that's funny,
but there's definitely better things they could have in replace
of it. Uhh, 4/10
7. C-SPAN: Uck, I don't even
really remember this sketch. I have a bad memory from things
late at night. Yeah, lol. But I wrote down 3 on my notepad so
8. Tennis Talk: Tracy, hahahaha.
This guy's hilarious. How come he doesn't have any fansites?
Does he? I dunno, and Maya! Haha, I love Maya! She's hilarious.
9. Nelly and Kelly Roland: I
usually hate this kind of music (yeah, I know, ) but I liked
it. So I give it a 5/10
10. Weekend Update: I loved it.
I love Maya. I LOVE WEEKENED UPATE! The jokes were pretty good,
although it could have been better. 6/10
11. Astronaut Jones: DUDE! IT'S
GARRETT MORRIS! DUDE!!!! ONE OF THE ORIGINAL NOT-READY-FOR-PRIMETIME
PLAYERS! DUDE!!!!!!!!!!! THAT WAS GOOD! I LOVE GARRET! HE'S LIKE
THE CUTEST OLD MAN, LMAO! OK I GIVE IT A 6/10!
12. TV Fun House: Vegietales,
what the hell. Those things are annoying, 2/10
13. My Big Thick Novel: This
is getting old, yeah, 1/10
14. Nelly: Again, I was surprised
that I enjoyed this. It's getting hot in here, ok, anyway, I
give it a 5/10
15. The Girl With No Gaydar:
I was expecting this to be better, but it was not as good as
usual. I love Rachel though so I give it a 4/10
Ok, time to get Mr. Calculator
out, okay, I think I did this right. That would be like a 3/10,
yeah. Pretty sad, huh? Judging by last week's fabulous episode,
I thought it would be good. But NOOOOOO! Ugh. Notice I have much
more to say about an episode when I'm actually enjoying it. Okay,
so Nia Vardalos is in the lead this season. GO NIA! YOU ROCK!
I'll be back next week, hopefully with some better reviews. See
ya! Thanks for reading.
