Sports review-

Best. Superbowl. Ever. This was really a goddamn way to win a Superbowl. With just seconds left on the board Vinatieri kicked the 48-yard field goal to win the Superbowl. These guys came into the game with the 14-point underdog and really kicked the shit outta them with all that was expected out of this game. I knew the Pats were good, but the defense was just amazing. In the 4th Q when the Rams were picking up all that yardage, Pats D slipped a bit, and Kurt Warner had all the time in the world to throw the thing but it never ended up working out; that alone says that the Rams struggled. Rams beat them on most aspects of the game, first downs, passing, rushing, but the Pats still managed to come through and win, with the help of 2 interceptions (if ya ask me, there might've been more). John Madden, my fave announcer, needs to shut his big mouth. The Pats had some freggin guts and went for it, that alone is Superbowl material. As most of you know, since last Monday when I made the prediction, I called Patriots to win, by 3. Excuse me, but who called it? What? That's what I thought. Bout time these guys win.
NEXT YEAR SUPERBOWL- Rams and Raiders, hold me to that, please.

The way I look at it, Knicks are _ game out of last place, so why not focus on next year now, restructuring the team, work out the kinks and come back then. It sounds like the best option to me.

Rangers are still falling back, same deal as the Knicks, except they still might have a shot this year. They sent Blackburn down to Hartford for some work, guess that's the first step. But my #1 team Bahston still remains in first place! Toronto sucks and no way will they catch up.

Yankees just signed a 5-year deal with Posada for like $50 million. I've got mixed feelings about this, he's an awesome catcher, but his hitting really sucks. Period. Do I hear #27 ringing in my ears?!

dates particularly ( The late great (Phil Hartman))?
thank you, also, I was checking out your site and I was wondering why, when I read your
Josh Hartnett review, you don't enjoy Wake Up Wakefield.

To be frank, just go online and check the damn schedule for video releases. I do not have Blockbuster Video written all over my forehead. Now then, Wake Up Wakefield isn't that bad, I love Rachel in it, but other than that its not well written and it has one of my least favorite castmembers of all time in it, I know some people will disagree with me, but I absolutely hate Maya. She really doesn't have any talent, and I just can't stand her. Plus Rachel's cool because I can play cello too. BTW, RAMS SUCK!

Speaking of Dave Letterman, I was very happy to see Friday's episode, 20 years of great late night t.v. The man has a knack for everything and I hope to see him for 20 more. Cronkite delivering the Top 10 was cool, and the #1 was awesome: January 28, 2002, he finally stops whining about Oprah. I do wish he made it on Oprah though.

Now, it's the highly anticipated Trip Report for THE MIGHTY MIGHTY BOSSTONES

I've had about the best weekend. The Pats win the game yesterday, and then I saw the Bosstones LIVE on Friday night! This was seriously the best concert I've ever seen. They were so good. They played 1-2-8, Devils night Out, The Skeleton Song, Hell of a hat, High School Dance, Someday I suppose, Almost Anything Goes, IMPRESSION THAT I GET!, Lights Out, Simmer Down, I'll Drink to That, and Tin Soldiers. This concert was just so amazing. Moshpit action was totally awesome. I got there early enough so I was right in front of the stage and the speakers. They started to play and then Joe said, "Hey you fuckers, Get away from the fucking guard gate! I know sometimes I can be a real shitty prick, but I don't want a fucking lawsuit!" Then me: "Joe, you sick bastard, play the fucking song, who give a damn about the rail. C'mon! 5, 6, What's in the mix?" We all started to sing! The place went wild! I got lifted up a few times, and eventually made my way up on stage and got to sing with Joe! I really didn't because I felt weird, so I just bowed to him and the band. Then I said, "Chris, you rock man!" He was like "Thanks dude." Then I jumped off the stage and got carried away for a few minutes. After the regular show was over we all wanted the encore, and chanted for it, so they came back out. I've never met someone who could knock on wood, but I know someone who has the place went apeshit! Then I made my way back to my friends house and listened to the Bosstones all night. GREAT CONCERT!

New videos @, so check it out!

Now as I sit home this Monday, not in school, err, I mean sick, thinking damnit, not another live show till March 2nd, this got me kinda sad. I'll admit, last time Britney hosted the show turned out actually to be decent. This show, I was a little bit more iffy, but I still thought I'd be a good show. I know her stupid boyfriend Timberlake's gonna be on, but so is Aykroyd! COOL! Let's see what happens

[COLD OPENING] Women's skiing with the help of the Church

Ahh, damn. No political stuff. I was hoping for a Reno opening, with the fall and stuff. Too bad. This was ok, Dan and Will pestering Amy about if she wants to join God in something spiritual. That was basically the sketch, but it was still good. WTF?! Seth says LFNY? Ummmmm, ok. Let the seniors take care of that since this may be there last season. Seth said it as a feature in 1st season, Rachel did too during the Charles Shultz opening. I think the only members besides Dean, Amy and Jeff that haven't said LFNY are Tina and Maya. Good opening.

RATING: 7.5/10

[MONOLOGUE] Britney Spears

I was thinking at about 11:25 that Kattan would do a Britney impression. This was pretty good. All the jokes about sex and whos she slept with were funny. When pretty boy came out that ended the monologue, I hate stupid boy bands.

RATING: 7/10

I still find this funny

[SKETCH] Brian Fellow's Safari Planet

YES! I love this sketch! Tracy is funny in this, that rabbit can shave his head! He has a lot of potential in these, this wasn't as funny as the BBT one, but just seeing him saying "I'm Brian Fellows!" cracked me up. Not bad

RATING: 7/10

[SKETCH] Barbie's Dreamhouse

As soon as they showed the title, I was laughing hysterically. Amy acting like the actual Barbie doll was cool. In a strange way, that shows her talents. Barbie taking all those extra jobs, sex and all was funny, and Kattan coming out as Ken trying to tell America that he's gay. Kattan we get it, in the words of Matthew Perry, "Shut it, Kattan!" Good sketch.

RATING: 8.5/10

[SKETCH] Jarrett's Room

I'm really into this sketch, Potsicle! Haha. Horatio always makes this sketch, just funny all around. Jeff masturbating to the Kurt Warner poster? Hmm. Oh well, I still liked the sketch.

RATING: 7/10

[SKETCH] Camp X-ray

Now, this was real comedy! Making fun of the way that the prisoners are living, all topped of with Uncle Dick in a lawn chair favoring this! That made the sketch and I laughed so hard. You won't get rapped there!

RATING: 9/10

[SKETCH] Martha Stewart Living

UGH. Where is the hate?! This was still cool making fun of K-Mart, and how she was gonna stay there and making fun of all the other yuppie stores. Ana was great as usual, and she still eludes to her amount of cash she has.

RATING: 7.5/10

[MUSIC] Britney Spears

Oops, she's done it again, I've turned off my tv, and got some ice cream, oh baby baby.

RATING: 3/10

[WEEKEND UPDATE] With Jimmy Fallon and Tina Fey

BTW Amy, its not, "it's WU," it's, "THIS is WU." Parnell sounded better. Jimmy could actually look more newslike and not a loser. Darrell does a much better Geraldo than Kattan did, and his part was hilarious as always. Christina Aguilera! HAHA! Good joke! Fight Club was funny, and why no Britne jokes from Tina. She always does them and she should've had one then have Britney come out and fight with her or have her make a commentary about Tina. Still, a better Update than January's. Neil Diamond back! YES!

RATING: 9/10

[SKETCH] Astronaut

UMM. WHAT THE HELL WAS THIS?! I think Tracy's hilarious, but c'mon It was ok but should've been last

RATING: 5/10

[SKETCH] Gemini's Twin

About time I saw this, and this is the only seemingly good role Maya can do. Just the average Gemini sketch, fairly good.

RATING: 6.5/10

[SKETCH] Channel 9 News

WOW. This was a hilarious sketch, and it had 2 of my fave performers in it. Just think how it'll be without Ferrell and Ana. The goof-ups were great, and so were the reactions, or so the Germans would have us believe. Whoops, slipped in my Norm mode for a sec.

RATING: 9/10

[MUSIC] Britney Spears

Ya know, I kinda just hit the mute button right here

[SKETCH] The Leather Man

This was a great sketch, and I can see this with Jimmy now for awhile. He broke character again as Horatio was wicked funny! Nice to see Dan again, and the whole premise was fairly good.

RATING: 6/10

QUOTE OF THE NIGHT:  Ana Gasteyer as Martha Stewart, "Until now, I've enjoyed great success with my own line of Martha Stewart products at K-Mart, which are easily identifiable because of their high quality of craftsmanship and because they're the only items in the store without NASCAR drivers on them."

Hey, an average show. I liked when she first hosted better. Sketches were a bit below average tonight but still fairly decent. I still think we need more experienced hosts, when you think about it, all the shows hosted by experienced actors or comedians, have been excellent, the others, horrible. An ok show.
