Charlize Theron / Paul Simon

OPENINING SKIT:
This was rather funny. Will Ferrell does a great impression of George W. Bush. "I broke the Hoover Dam." It was short, but if they dragged it on it wouldn't be good. ~*~A~*~

MONOLOGUE:
Tracy Morgan was hilarious with Charlize Theron on stage. ~*~A+~*~

TRL:
This was so so. I mean, the idea was cool. However, I didn't really enjoy it that much. I liked how they did their video and sang, though. Ana Gasteyer and Maya Rudolph have really nice voices. ~*~B+~*~

PRESIDENTIAL OUTLOOK PART II:
It wasn't as good as the first, but I love when Darrell Hammond does Clinton! ~*~B+~*~

BLAIR WITCH PARODY (GOTH TALK):
I love when Molly Shannon and Chris Kattan do Goth Talk, but this was a great idea! Charlize was okay. Chris Kattan was adorable as always! Though Molly didn't say much, she was great. It was funny when Chris had to pee ("I have to do more"). Horatio Sanz made a cool appearance. ~*~A+~*~

TV FUNHOUSE WITH T:
Hilarious! His version of the maxi pad commercial was too funny!
~*~A+~*~

MARILYN MONROE:
Charlize looked kind of like her and did a great imitation. Jimmy Fallon was an okay Joe DiMaggio. This skit just got a little boring and could've been cut shorter. ~*~B-~*~

MUSICAL GUEST~PAUL SIMON:
Eh... ~*~B-~*~

WEEKEND UP-DATE:
Rachel Dratch is too funny. She is full of surprises. She was a great crier. I'm not really a fan of Tina Fey yet, but I'm going to give her the rest of the season because I shouldn't judge her since it's only been a few episodes so far. When Jimmy Fallon said comments like "I'm drunk" or "I should've rehearsed" or "We're gonna do it live this week" it was kind of funny. This got better after Tina spoke of Bill Clinton and the interview. Hugh Fink's appearance was alright. ~*~A-~*~

MR. PEEPERS:
Molly Shannon looks intelligent with those glasses. Oh, I love Chris Kattan as Mr. Peepers! He is so funny! It was hilarious when they played Marvin Gaye's "Sexual Healing" and he danced. As usual, the apple part was cute. The kiss was great! Charlize's reaction could've been better when she found out about Mr. Peepers. When Chris Kattan began to get all over Molly (and set off a chain reaction with Charlize), that was good. Great overall! ~*~A+~*~

PRESIDENTIAL OUTLOOK PART III:
The pigs were cute and Jimmy's tone of voice was funny. ~*~A+~*~

AUDITION FOR PAUL SIMON:
Again, Rachel Dratch's small part was cool. Chris Kattan and Chris Parnell are great in this sketch. I liked when they did this for Britney Spears last season. Their dances are always funny! I liked the second song and it was creative with their cute dance. Paul Simon and Charlize were so so. The slip slide thing made me die on the floor! I liked the little costumes for the last song and their reaction when Paul shut off the music. ~*~A+~*~

THE COCONUT BANGER'S BALL:
Will Ferrell was funny singing his own version of the songs. ("hooligans") However, the skit wasn't the best. ~*~B-~*~

MUSICAL GUEST~PAUL SIMON:
Check out my first comment. ~*~B-~*~

BUENO VISTA SOCIAL CLUB:
I speak Spanish pretty well, so I found what they said kind of funny. It was a good idea for Will Ferrell to say out loud in English what they were saying because it made it even more funnier! Horatio Sanz, Tracy Morgan, and Jerry Minor were good musicians. When Jerry danced with Charlize, it was pretty funny. The skit was short and felt like something was missing to it, but I'll give it a good grade because it's the last skit. Risas. Bueno. No se. ~*~A-~*~

OVERALL:
I thought this episode was going to stink, but it was pretty good. I liked their choice of skits. However, I hated that the credits were cut out I know it's sounds silly. Anyway, I look forward to next week I guess Though some people may not agree with me, I will rate this show with a great grade because I actually laughed a lot. So far though, I loved when Dana Carvey hosted. Let's see what Calista Flockhart could do. ~*~A~*~
