Bill Hader joins the "SNL" cast as featured player this season, bringing with him a wealth of improvisation and impersonation skills.

Originally from Tulsa, Okla., Hader made an early splash on the show debuting his uncanny impressions, including Al Pacino.. He comes to "SNL" via Second City Los Angeles.

Hader's improv skills were most recently put to use as a "field agent" on MTV's "Punk'd."

Hader lives in New York. His birthday is June 7.
