I believe you are correct, on Diaz. I believe it works like this:
Cameron Diaz
1st appearance - 3.6.2009
2nd appearance - 6.26.2009
Mario Batali
1st appearance - 3.7.2009
2nd appearance - 7.7.2009
Fred Armisen
1st appearance - 3.27.2009
2nd appearance -7.22.2009
Tracy Morgan
1st appearance - 3.13.2009

I missed the first appearance of Diaz and Batali

He's not counting that. Fred was on as a guest twice. If you count the appearance and webisodes, he was on 4 times.
