Yeah. I agree. SNL has been going downhill since 1975. The Gerard Butler sketch saying 300 was a gay movie was the last straw. I don't want to watch a show that is offensive and rude to gay people. I'm done with this show. This is my last post.

*Sings about SNL* "Never gonna give you up..." It's true, I'm watching this show til the day either of us dies. Only show I'm going to be missing out on is if MIley Cyrus hosts/MG's. There is no one I hate more than that girl. I don't think this season has been total crap actually, I think it's been just -good- nothing real great yet, but nothing really terrible.

Also, I really hope Will Forte sticks around and they use him more, he's probably my favorite cast member, in my opinion, he very rarely, if ever, has a bad show. Only cast member I don't really like is Jason, I don't know, but I don't like anything he does really. (Yes that means I like him less than Kenan and Kristin, becuase at least I like -some- of their stuff).

This show's been going down the tubes since Denny Dillon left. This is my last post. I'm also jumping off a bridge over my grief, ending the past 28 years of Dillon-less strife, only 22 of which I've been alive for.

Oddly enough, Miley would be a great host considering all factors. She draws in young viewers and she's highly trained in performing, especially comedic performing for someone so young.

Nope, I just can completely understand the appeal of every one of those hosts. I prefer the show to stay on the air, and thus don't care who hosts as long as they are popular. The show had budget cutbacks a few years ago, so while it's unlikely to get canceled, the quality of cast does suffer if the ratings aren't high enough. I can't recall the exact year, but they cut the number of full cast members.

I personally care very very little if the host "performs" well. I don't expect them to. I just want them to sit there and read their cue cards and I expect the writers to write well, and the real cast to perform. And I feel I was very right on Taylor Swift being a good host, which I said several times. At worst she was average and her episode looks like it will stand up quite well to repeat viewings. I've seen no reviews that put in more thought than "omg she sux" that say it was below average.

The musical guest is always irrelevant to me personally . I skip right by 90% of them.

HAHAH DENNY DILLON. It's been down the tubes since Terry Sweeney left.

Really, the same thing could have been said about Britney Spears back when she hosted when she was 18, or Lindsay Lohan when she hosted the first time, or Justin Timberlake. Just because someone is young and appeals to teenagers doesn't automatically mean they're going to be terrible. I wouldn't mind seeing Miley host the show. I would certainly be more interested in seeing that show than January Jones or Joseph-Gordon Levitt.

The only time I can think of when "stunt hosting" really backfired on them was Paris Hilton- that episode really did suck.
