Kristen Wiig Staying at ‘SNL’

Kristen Wiig isn’t running off to Hollywood, or an NBC Thursday night comedy, any time soon.
In a new interview with with Ain’t It Cool News, Kristen reveals her intention to return to SNL for a sixth season and beyond.
“I have a few more years there.” she says. “It’s going to be a hard place to leave.”
When Kristen does turn in her Gilly wig, she has no doubt the next generation of SNL women will keep the laughs coming.
“I think Abby [Elliot] and Jenny [Slate] and Nasim [Pedrad] are all awesome and I think that they are going to do great things on the show.”

I love Saturday Night Live! I always have! i love all of the people on SNL and i laugh every time i watch it! hopefully i will be on SNL when i get older! good luck to all the cast! I’ll be watching!

Hi just wanted to ask you to do a spoof of cash cab.. the scene could start at the end of the cab ride with ben bailey saying you just won X amount of money on cash cab, thanks for playing. Then it can show them getting out the cab waving the money yelling we just won on cash cab, a random passer-by says really wow.. This is a stick up give me all your money.
Please oh Please will SNL do a sketch on Jamie Lee Curtis (= annoying…..) talking about how Activia (=gross) makes her poop so well!!!!

I am so happy to hear Kristen Wiig will be staying for a few more years. I am a HUGE fan and I have been for years, I’m her biggest fan and I’ve been a fan for longer than anyone else, I gave birth to her so…..
I just noticed one of those comments where people say “the show sucks now, it was better back in the day”…that just makes you sound really really really old. In case you haven’t noticed, old people have always said that…even when the show started, old people were saying that the show sucked, not having any reference to older generations of the show. Just sayin! I will be old in age someday but never an old fart who complains about how the new generations have no sense of humor. It’s called evolution…get with it…or don’t…so what, who cares?
That’s all I have to say about that.
Speaking of old, on the top of my bucket list is to see Kristen Wiig and Jason Sedakis, Will Forte, and all the other GREAT castmembers live in action. I will settle for the dress rehearsal and actually I might even enjoy that more because they have extra skits that aren’t shown on the live show. If someone is reading this from the show who would like to contact me and suggest a way I could get tickets, I would kind of love that. Just a little bit!
